THE NO BUSY SIGNAL POLICY & PROCEDURE
JVLNET guarantees that under normal circumstances you should not get any busy signal when dialing
into one of JVLNET's modem pools. We monitor all of our modem pools for peak usage and order new lines as often as needed.
